- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with market disruption opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and technology adoption benchmarks
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across 12 global innovation hubs
- Pioneer patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present strategic insights at industry forums and investor summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
