Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Architect scalable frameworks for autonomous system integration across industries
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-generation AI and biometric systems
- Pioneer human-computer interaction paradigms for immersive metaverse ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or spatial computing
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio showcasing technology commercialization for 2025+ markets
