Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum applications, AI governance)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making protocols
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on technological inflection points
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI in future ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record in anticipating market shifts (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Web3, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation principles
