- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact R&D projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ technical specialists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors, board members, and technology partners
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Certification in technology architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional)
