Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, GenAI) and evaluate their viability for business integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of innovative software solutions.
- Oversee the technical due diligence of strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
