Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Build predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs to track progress against 2026 milestones and future-state objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation projects
