Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure architectures capable of handling exascale computing demands by 2026.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including quantum-ready protocols and advanced neural interface systems.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks and data pipelines for maximum throughput and minimal latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for system security, reliability, and observability in distributed AI environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture audits to ensure technical excellence and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning systems architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
