- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a cross-disciplinary innovation lab
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing strategic foresight projects
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling frameworks
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
