- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market signals to forecast 2026+ innovation horizons

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Strong communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
- Published work in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
