- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
