Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish cross-industry coalitions for ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in futurist strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network with global research institutions and innovation hubs
- Published author or frequent speaker at World Economic Forum or similar platforms
