Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic scenarios and roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into near-term operational priorities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and predictive market analysis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight frameworks into all strategic recommendations
- Measure and report on the impact of foresight initiatives on client innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge across emerging domains (AGI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) or relevant equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
