- Design future scenario frameworks for C-suite decision-making and strategic planning cycles
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish foresight metrics to quantify future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences on future trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor internal teams on future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience working with C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools and scenario planning software
