Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic foresight
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
