Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future business models
- Develop predictive scenario models for climate resilience and sustainable economies
- Oversee implementation of exponential technologies in existing product ecosystems
- Present annual innovation roadmaps to board and investor committees
- Mentor internal 'future labs' teams in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research in exponential technologies or future studies (peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI ethics, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup incubation
