- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026-2030
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating disruptive technological shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures research into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry reports or white papers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience executive-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field required
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
