Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with future-ready business models
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformational potential
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops for global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budget
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in tech/energy sectors
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
