As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm shifts, develop future scenarios, and launch breakthrough initiatives that redefine industries. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies like horizon scanning, scenario planning, and design thinking to create actionable blueprints for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for 3-5 year strategic planning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using futures thinking methodologies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical and scenario modeling skills with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to launch
