Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on disruption vectors
- Design organizational foresight systems to embed anticipatory capabilities
- Partner with R&D to translate trend insights into R&D priorities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future insights
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
