- Present foresight analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership published in top-tier industry journals
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Published research on AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology implications
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience with patent analysis and intellectual strategy development
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting innovations
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and NLP platforms
- Public speaking experience at global innovation forums
