Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing exponential trends across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AI ethics, regulatory foresight, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align future vision with product development and market entry
- Pioneer novel R&D methodologies for prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from global tech hubs and academic research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
