Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive scenario planning for exponential change in business models and consumer behavior
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects
