Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational culture as we navigate the complexities of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to produce actionable future scenario reports (2024-2028)
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market opportunities and competitive threats in 2026+ landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation and future-proofing initiatives
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor R&D teams in adopting future-oriented methodologies and ethical innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) or innovation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
