Responsibilities

- Deliver compelling scenario analyses and trend briefings to stakeholders
- Champion experimental initiatives and R&D projects focused on next-generation solutions
- Build cross-functional partnerships to drive adoption of future-ready technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
