Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology horizons
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption opportunities
- Lead ideation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, designers, and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CSO) preferred
