Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven analytical capabilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFS) preferred
