Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and synthesize strategic implications for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce forward-looking white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic foresight ROI and innovation velocity
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities using tools like Tableau
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
