As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, AI architects, and sustainability pioneers to develop 2026+ roadmaps. You'll lead cross-disciplinary initiatives that merge quantum computing, biotechnology, and ethical AI to solve humanity's most pressing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead high-stakes scenario planning for global market shifts
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on future paradigms
- Manage a $10M innovation incubator portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proven track record of disrupting $1B+ markets
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in at least 3 future forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 100 C-level executives
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
