As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, develop scenario-based roadmaps, and lead high-impact initiatives that position our clients as industry pioneers. Your work will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational resilience in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and whitepapers for global conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions and moonshot projects
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term business strategy
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience speaking at global innovation conferences (WIRED, SingularityU, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic frameworks
