Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
