Responsibilities

- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Build quantitative models for technology adoption curves and market evolution forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Professional certification in Foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
