As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop 10-year strategic roadmaps. You'll leverage advanced data modeling, scenario planning, and emerging technology analysis to position Horizon Dynamics as the industry's undisputed thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future trend models for AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business models and circular economy systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic trend analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
