Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026+ using advanced analytical frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps for product development
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and foster future literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects and strategic impact
- Strong collaborative skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
