- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across tech sectors
- Produce foresight reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and future market positioning
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting future innovation landscapes
- Create compelling narratives to communicate future visions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in sustainability and ethical tech development
