Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive market analysis
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
