Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, academic institutions, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (e.g., CFM, CFS)
