- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
