Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenario planning and exponential opportunity mapping
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with Silicon Valley's leading tech incubators
- Build proprietary trend prediction models using machine learning and behavioral analytics
- Lead patent development for breakthrough concepts in human-machine augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Oxford)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience at Davos or CES
- Published author in innovation or futurism domains with minimum 50k readership
