Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready organizational structures
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges (e.g., AGI governance, neuro-interfaces)
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining academic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
