Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to predict technological, social, and economic shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in emerging domains
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
