Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate emerging technologies into actionable business initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario plans and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI for emerging technologies in sustainable sectors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and Board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
