Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout emerging startups and technologies
- Represent Nexus at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS, APF) or equivalent
