Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum AI or synthetic biology (IEEE/Nature journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and technology adoption curves
