Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and paradigm shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content on disruptive trends and their business implications
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and features
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, academic institutions)
