Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technology impacts
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies for rapid prototyping of future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive modeling
- Strong network within tech, policy, and academic futurist communities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech) at implementation level
