Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and market positioning
- Produce strategic foresight reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture breakthrough innovations
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic decisions and risk mitigation for disruptive forces
- Design and implement futures literacy programs across the organization
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia tech hubs)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
