Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities across 15+ sectors
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Represent Nexus Horizon at global forums like Davos and Singularity Summit
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies from ASF or similar institution
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational innovation strategy
