Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social) to forecast industry disruptions through 2030+
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build resilient futures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for quantifying future market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical techniques and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy (case studies required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., Futures Journal)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent advanced training
