Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Chair cross-functional innovation labs developing prototypes for emerging tech (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Deliver executive briefings and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Build and mentor an innovation ecosystem of internal teams and external partners
- Quantify innovation ROI through market modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong publication record in futurism, technology, or business strategy domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, finance, and R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
