Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead horizon scanning for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech disruptions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business and product strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future outlooks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
